Intel
Core i5 can be used for gaming, performance and cheaper compared to
i7. But i7 is more faster than i5 by a glitch and it has better
performance due to more multi-threading ability of i7. Why overclock
i5 to put your PC to an earlier death, when you can opt for i7
without the overclocking version. Unless you are gaming addict and
low in cash, then you should overclock i5 and graphics card.

don’t choose the latest series motherboard
Latest
motherboard should have better performance over the older version
ones, even for the same PCI slot. But because the version of
motherboard will be outdated by the time your parts need to be
replaced, except for PCI slot cards and SATA. (The figure number of
the motherboard series shows the number of connecting points to the
CPU Core.) Together, you need to change the motherboard and CPU core,
as well OEM OS only for the built PC. Around 4 years, the whole PC
will need to be replaced. H-type (at least 4 usb at the back + DVI
for on-board graphics) is minimum required for micro-ATX casing,
whereas Z-type (at least 6 usb at the back + HDMI for on-board
graphics) for ATX casing. An adapter DVI-HDMI can be used for H-type
motherboard, so that you can connect with HDMI cable, once the main
PCI graphics card failed. Size of the computer casing also determine
the motherboard size H or Z. Z-type motherboard can have features
like overclocking, SLI and others. Usually motherboard and CPU lasts
longer than your graphics card, which probably last 2 years.

Currently
the minimum graphics card is GTX 950 2 GB Ram. GTX 960 has slight
improvement over GTX 950, but consume more power. Always choose the
graphics card that draws power from the power supply directly. GTX
970 will show significant difference, but consume much more power and
also its price.

micro-ATX casing such as fractal design, master cooler, and others.
LAN to be used as wired, due to wireless is not installed and is much
slower than wired connection. No CD Rom, Keyboard & Monitor
included. Why No CD Rom, because actually you dont use it often and
internal CD Rom spoilt easily ; you can use External CD-ROM, which
tends to last longer. Keyboard & Monitor are recommended to get
those you prefer. For instance, Razor keyboard and Philip CL234, now
no more 23” Phillip monitor. Window OS to install, instead of
Ubuntu OS (though free supported by donation), because Ubuntu OS may
not be suitable for many games and you just need IE to access some
critical websites. Well, that might be changing in the future !
